Pokerista Academy provides general educational information about Texas Hold’em: its rules, vocabulary, probability, example strategies and hypothetical decisions. Descriptions such as Coach, Analyzer, recommended action, optimal line or Tournament Prep refer to learning tools and worked examples within the Academy.
Pokerista is not a gambling app or gambling operator. It does not accept real-money wagers, hold funds for play, offer cash-outs, or award prizes of monetary value. Simulated chips and balances are fictional and have no cash value. Paid learning access does not change that.
2. Guides, not personalized playing advice
Content and AI responses are illustrative guides for study. They are not personalized advice on whether, when, where or how you should gamble, bet money or play a real hand. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice, and do not create an adviser–client relationship.
Do not use the Academy to make decisions during a live external game, circumvent a poker room’s rules or obtain prohibited real-time assistance. Studying a concept here is not a recommendation to participate in gambling elsewhere.
3. Assumptions, uncertainty and AI
Examples simplify uncertain situations. Calculations and charts depend on assumptions about cards, ranges, stack sizes, opponents, fees and rules. An answer may omit relevant information, contain a mathematical or factual error, or be unsuitable for another situation. No chart or simulation is a complete solution to poker.
AI Coach responses are generated by an AI system, not a human professional. They can be confidently wrong, inconsistent or incomplete. Verify explanations against reliable sources and report errors; do not rely on AI output as a decision-making authority.
XP, grades, win rates, virtual winnings, expected value and simulated tournament outcomes are learning feedback. They do not establish skill in real-money play or predict future returns. No profit, improved performance or outcome is guaranteed.
4. Independent decisions and your rights
If you independently choose to gamble outside Pokerista, you are responsible for checking the applicable law, age requirements and venue rules, and for considering the risk of losing money. Never treat educational examples as a reason to risk money or recover losses.
This disclaimer explains the purpose and limits of the product. It does not remove mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
